Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • Pasta orekkette 500 g
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Goat cheese 100 g
  • Red chili 1 piece
  • Olive oil 50 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Disassemble broccoli into florets and boil for three minutes in salted water. If you want broccoli not to lose their green color, they should be immediately transferred from boiling water to ice water.
  • Put a pot of salted water on the fire, bring it to a boil and pour orekkette or any other massive paste into it. Boil until cooked.
  • Simultaneously fry the garlic with finely chopped hot peppers in a deep frying pan in olive oil. Add zest and lemon juice, as well as broccoli florets. Mix the ready-made pasta on a griddle with vegetables and break goat cheese in the same place.
