Ingredients
  

  • Onion 2 pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup wheat flour
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Cheese 70 g

Instructions
 

  • Cut the onions to 7 mm.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Add salt.
  • Pour in the milk.
  • Cover the flour.
  • Grate the cheese.
  • Knead the batter.
  • Dip the rings in the batter and in the frying pan!
