- 1 1/2 cups lotus spread
- 1 2/3 cups crushed lotus biscuits
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup vegan spread (I used flora)
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- one scoop protein powder
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
Put all the ingredients excluding the chocolate chips and the tablespoon of peanut butter into a blender.
Give it a blitz and add some milk if needed.
Press this biscuit mixture into a tin.
Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave and put on top of the biscuit base.
Add some toppings and then put in the fridge to set.
