No Bake Lotus Protein Cookie BarsCourse: Dessert Recipes, Snacks
1 1/2 cups lotus spread
1 2/3 cups crushed lotus biscuits
1 cup icing sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup vegan spread (I used flora)
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
one scoop protein powder
1 Tablespoon peanut butter
- Put all the ingredients excluding the chocolate chips and the tablespoon of peanut butter into a blender.
- Give it a blitz and add some milk if needed.
- Press this biscuit mixture into a tin.
- Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave and put on top of the biscuit base.
- Add some toppings and then put in the fridge to set.
