How to “revive” a dried bread?
Sometimes you buy a little more than you can eat, it also happens with bread. It hardens and is no longer enjoyable, but it turns out that there is an simple solution.
The white bread buns and especially the baguettes are so delicious thanks to their crunchy crust and soft, puffy crotch. But when the bread has been stayed for too long, it is hard, mid-tangled and inexpressible. Here’s what you need to do to give your bread a second chance:
- Heat the oven to 220 degrees;
- Easily moisten bread with clean water from all sides;
- Put in the heated oven for 5 – 7 minutes;
- Take out the oven and enjoy such delicious bread as if it had just been baked – crisp on the outside, airy inside!
