Ingredients
- Oil – 2tbsp
- Onion – 2 thinly sliced
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1tbsp
- Green chilli paste – 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Haldi – ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1tbsp
- Garam Masala powder – 1tsp
- Water
- Mutton Mince – 200g
- Tomato – 2 chopped
- Akkha Masoor soaked (Whole Masoor Dal) – 200g
- Coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a cooker.
- Add thinly sliced onions.
- When the onions turn golden brown, add ginger garlic paste.
- Saute well until the raw smell of ginger garlic paste disappears. Do not burn.
- Then add green chilli paste & saute it well.
- Add salt, haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala powder.
- Saute well.
- Add Mutton Mince cook on medium flame & take 3-4 whistles until mince is completely cooked.
- Add soaked Akkha Masoor (Whole Masoor Dal) in the above mixture.
- Cook on low flame & take 3-4 whistles till dal gets soft.
- Garnish it with coriander.
- Serve hot.
