  • While the chicken is cooking, make the sauce at the same time. Mix together all the sauce ingredients using a whisk and then set aside for later use.
  • Place the chicken on a plate and set it aside. Add extra olive oil if necessary, then fry the garlic and ginger until they release their aroma.
  • Add the red peppers, peas and broccoli. Fry for about 4-5 minutes, then add the mushrooms. Continue cooking for another two minutes.
