Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Season the swordfish steaks with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Grill the swordfish for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- While the swordfish is cooking, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
- For the avocado crema, blend together avocado, sour cream, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
