Align the steaks with your palms. Grind the rosemary and mix it with olive oil. Grate the steaks with rosemary oil and leave for a while while the pan is warming up. Fry the steaks for 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place the steaks in the oven for 4 minutes so that they are slightly baked. Serve with lemon wedges and baked lentils.
