Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts, Filleted
2 C. Fusilli Noddles
Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 C. Frozen Peas
1/4 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 C. Sour Cream
1/4 C. Mayonnaise
1 Spoonful of Frenchs Yellow Mustard
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Onion Powder
Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
1/2 C. Ranch Powder
2 C. French Fried Onions
4 TBSPS Melted Butter, Salted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients except the chicken, 1/4 of the ranch powder, butter, and French fried onions to a medium casserole dish. Mix everything well and filet and clean the chicken. Then season the chicken on one side.
Place chicken season side down on the casserole mix. Then season top of Chicken. You season Chicken with Ranch mix, salt and black pepper to your taste.
Melt butter and combine with French onions and the rest of the ranch mix. Spread evenly over the casserole and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes covered.
Then on we and bake until French onion in topping is golden brown. Let sit and cool and then serve!
