Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread Recipe
- 1 1/2 c almond flour
- 1/2 c pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Extra dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350, then mix everything in a large bowl until a batter forms. (I’d also add in some cardamom or nutmeg if you have it on hand!)
- Fold in your preferred amount of chocolate chips then pour mixture into a parchment paper lined loaf pan and bake 30-35 minutes.
I will definitely be making this again.
