Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 c almond flour
  • 1/2 c pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Extra dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350, then mix everything in a large bowl until a batter forms. (I’d also add in some cardamom or nutmeg if you have it on hand!) 
  •  Fold in your preferred amount of chocolate chips then pour mixture into a parchment paper lined loaf pan and bake 30-35 minutes.
