Buckwheat waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1cup + 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 1 flax egg or 1 egg
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 tbsp no refined sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mix the milk+ vinegar and let sit for 10 minute.
  • Add the flax egg.
  • Pour the flour and all the remaining ingredients in the liquid mixture and stir until combined.
  • Bake in your waffle iron.
