- Beet 500 g
- Roasted sunflower seeds 100 g
- Roasted sesame 100 g
- Walnuts 100 g
- Garlic 20g
- Vegetable oil 160 ml
- Sriracha 20 ml
- Salt to taste
Baking beets in foil in the peel at 220 degrees for about 1 hour (this is to preserve its color). Then peel off.
Load all ingredients into a blender glass and punch until smooth (the process takes about 5 minutes, no less).
After that, rub the whole mass through a sieve, for a silky texture, but if you do not wipe it, it will also be delicious!
