Blend the ice cream ingredients in a blender and pour it into a bowl. Put it in the freezer while you prepare the topping. Put honey (2-4 tbsp) and cinnamon in a pan on medium heat. Slice a banana and fry them in the honey on both sides. Take the ice cream out of the freezer and add the topping!
