In the fresh beef, make holes using a fork, in which to push the chopped bacon. Salt, pepper and fry. Put in a warm place.
In the same fat, fry finely chopped onion, vegetables and pour meat broth.
In this mixture put the roasted meat, allspice, bay leaf, close the lid and simmer in the oven until tender.
When the meat is ready, take it out of the oven.
In the sauce, which stewed meat, add flour and sweat for 20 minutes. Ready to rub the sauce through a fine sieve, add sour cream, sugar and lemon juice to taste. For a good color, you can add a spoon of cane sugar to the sauce.
Slice the meat and serve with Karlovy Vary dumplings (dumplings), lemon and cranberry jam.
