Mix fat cottage cheese, sugar powder and softened butter with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed, add vanillin and a thin stream of gelatin dissolved in hot water. Beat, put the mass into the form and put in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours to freeze.
To make the cake, crush the oatmeal cookies and mix with the chocolate melted in a water bath. Cover the cake plate with oiled parchment paper and form a cake. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Place the mold with the frozen curd mass for a few seconds in hot water and carefully pour the contents onto the prepared cake. Smear thick fruit jam on top and coat the entire cake with slightly warm chocolate melted in a water bath. Put in the fridge overnight.
