Combine the flour, baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and yogurt and work it together until the dough has formed. Do not overwork it.
Let rest for one hour, and then form into bite-sized pieces. I just rolled it out like a snake and then cut it into pieces.
In a medium saucepan, boil the baking soda and water. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the pretzel bites. Remove the pretzel bites after 30-60 seconds.
Spray your air fryer sheet with nonstick cooking spray and put the pretzel bites on it. You may need to cook in multiple batches so pieces don’t overlap.
Air fry at 350 degrees for 6 minutes, flip the pieces over, brush with some beaten egg and top with coarse salt, then air fry again for 2 more minutes, or until golden brown.
